“Working with Celeste is such a gift. I sat with her in Cacao Ceremonies many times before eventually moving to one-on-one sessions. The Cacao Ceremonies and group Breathwork were powerful, but working with Celeste one-on-one is intimate and transformative in a completely different way.
At the beginning of a session, we talk like it’s traditional therapy or a deep heart-to-heart with a friend, but then instead of leaving with those thoughts and feelings still present, we’ve done Breathwork, Movement, Burning Rituals, Intention Setting… all kinds of different things to Release and Start the process of change internally, so it can eventually follow in the external world.
